Install new hardware

Today i installing my new hardware.I install windows vista because,when i use windows XP with 8GB of Ram It's show 3.12 GB  .and when i use  windows vista, It's show 8 GB with dual chanel.

Today I go to chiang mai to buy Ram for upgrade My PC  from 4 GB(667) to 8  GB(bus 800) for
